Obituary

Rosenbery, Linda Lee, 77, Mount Union, passed away January 6, 2021 at AristaCare Hearthside, State College. Born March 30, 1943, Mount Union, daughter of the late Gerald and Lena (Park) Rosenbery. Survived by sister, Barbara Atherton and husband, Richard, Mount Union; niece, Amy S. Burkholder, Virginia; nephew, Ronald Atherton and wife, Kay, Mapleton Depot; and many other loving nieces, nephews and relatives. Linda was a devout and faithful member of the Allenport United Methodist Church. She was a 1961 graduate of Captain Jack High School. Linda worked as a Certified Lab Technician and retired from Lewistown Hospital in 2006. She was a fan of sports and loved to cheer on the Mount Union Baseball and Football teams as well as the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates. In her free time, she enjoyed being a member of the Bricktown Senior Center. Linda will be remembered for his selfless and helpful nature. Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m. at the funeral home, Pastor Brian Myfelt, officiant. A private burial will follow at Cornelius Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Allenport United Methodist Church, 14089 Second Street, Mount Union, PA  17066. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E.
