Obituary

Coy, Leonard Glenn, 86, McVeytown, passed away June 12, 2020 surrounded by his family at home. Born November 12, 1933, Robertsdale, son of the late Martin and Pearl (Hicks) Coy. Preceded in death by son, Randy Lee Coy; sister, Lila Powell; and an infant sister. Survived by his loving wife, Delores J. (Leonard) Coy; children, Bonnie Hile and husband, Don; Joyce Myers and husband, Kenneth Jr.; Leonard Coy and wife, Penny; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Doris Parks; and many nieces and nephews. Leonard loved being and working outdoors. He enjoyed to hunt, fish, landscape and cut firewood. Leonard was a past member of the Huntingdon VFW Post 1754. He was most happy when spending time with his large family. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E.
