Sroka, Betty P., 91, Mount Union, passed away November 26, 2019 at AristaCare at Woodland Park. Born December 31, 1927, Shirley Twp., daughter of the late Bertram C. and Margaret A. (Gorsuch) Fisher. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Anthony G. Sroka, whom she married on October 13, 1944; and brothers, Jackson, William and James Fisher. Survived by her sons, Michael Sroka and wife, Cathy, Carlisle; Dennis Sroka, Mount Union; three grandchildren, Michael Sroka Jr., Carlisle; Kris Clymans and wife, Jodi, Mechanicsburg; Jarid Sroka and wife, Sattya, Harrisburg; three great-grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew and Katie Clymans; and her sister, Helen Heckman. Betty enjoyed working on her family genealogy and crocheting. She was a 1944 graduate of Bremerton High School, Washington. Friends and family will be received Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 12 p.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, Joe Barrett, officiant. Interment Rest Haven Memorial Park, Shirleysburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, P.O. Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E.
