Pupo. William J. Jr., 63, Cresson, died March 16, 2016, in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Born March 17, 1952, in Altoona, son of William J. Sr. and Rose Marie (McClure) Pupo. Preceded in death by mother; wife, Louise; and brother, Joseph. Survived by father, Cresson; siblings: James (Connie), Johnstown; Judy Laverick(Jim), Ebensburg; Nancy Vaughn(Jeff), Cresson; Susan Perehinec(Mike), Altoona; and Mary Beth Pupo, Pittsburgh; numerous nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Renee Pupo, Cresson; and step-children: Carla Stickler, Carlisle; and Cindy Peterson, Chambersburg. Graduate of Penn Cambria High School and Penn State University. Former teacher at Everett Area School District for several years, and principal at James Buchanan High School, Mercersburg. Bill liked to fish and play golf. Family and friends received from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Charles M. Kennedy Funeral Home, Cresson, where vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Rev. Leo F. Arnone. Committal, church cemetery. www.cmkennedyfh.com
