William Lee Guinivan

Guinivan, William “Budda” L., 72, Cresson, died January 30, 2018 at UPMC Altoona. Born December 29, 1945, Altoona, son of the late William J. Guinivan and A. Beatrice (McVicker) Stuart. Preceded in death by his brother, John Swank. Survived by his ex-wife, Annamae Guinivan, with whom he resided with; daughters, Patricia Parrish and husband, Brian; Julie Guinivan and boyfriend, Terry; son, Jeffrey Guinivan; granddaughters, Madeline and Caroline Parrish; sister, Mary Lou; brother-in-law, George Hamilton; sisters-in-law, Nancy Ellis; Judy Pleskonko; Joan Sloan and all of their spouses; special cousin, Ralph Guinivan and wife, Vi; numerous nieces and nephews, and his beloved dog, Tank. Bill was a US Air Force Veteran and a member of the Altoona Jaffa Shriners, Scottish Rite – Valley of Altoona, Masonic Juniata Lodge No. 282, Cresson American Legion Post 238, and Ashville VFW Post 4315. He was an avid sports fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins, Penn State Football; and enjoyed tinkering on cars and going to camp with his friends. Friends will be received Friday, February 2 from 2-8 p.m. at Kennedy-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 233 Keystone Ave., Cresson, where military honors will be conducted at 6 p.m. by the Sankertown VFW, Cresson American Legion, and other local veteran organizations.
