Coulter, Wayne, 71, of Embassy at Woodland Park and formerly of the Shirley Home, passed away Monday, February 27, 2023. Born February 13, 1952, son of the late Elwood and Sumiko (Tarumi) Coulter. Survived by his siblings, Margaret Carson and husband, Randy; and Cindy Coulter; and nephews, Brandon and Justin Carson. Wayne graduated from Mount Union Area High School in 1970. He enjoyed playing football, baseball and wrestling as well as drums in a local rock band.  Wayne was very strong in his faith and although he sustained Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) playing football, he never let that injury define him. Wayne was always the life of the party - wanting to be involved in all the activities at the home and bringing joy to those around him. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 at 1 p.m., at the funeral home, Dan Mansberger, officiant.
