Lego, Trudy Elaine (DeVecchis), 84, Mount Union, went to be with the Lord and her family, Thursday September 4, 2025, at Graystone Manor, Huntingdon, after a long battle with dementia. Born February 8, 1941, Huntingdon, daughter of the late Wilson and Jean (Stump) DeVecchis. Survived by her loving husband, James Lego; daughter, Jennifer Lego; a son; 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild; a sister, Tonya DeVecchis-Kerr and husband, William; sister-in-law, Marjorie “Chick” Horne; and an aunt, Genevieve (DeVecchis) Sechrist. Preceded in death by a sister, Loretta (DeVecchis) Puchalla. Trudy was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Mount Union where she was a past member of the Catholic Daughters. She was a 1959 graduate of Captain Jack High School. Trudy was employed by Union National Bank for 14 years, then at E. DeVecchis & Son’s Inc. where she retired after 20 years of service. She enjoyed dancing in her younger years, playing cards with the Crazy 8’s Card Club, and annual trips to Wildwood, New Jersey with her family. Trudy liked traveling to casinos. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday September 9, 2025, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. and again on Wednesday September 10, 2025, from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m., at the funeral home. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday September 10, 2025, at 11 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 203 W. Market St., Mount Union, PA 17066.
