Terry K. Wennick

Wennick, Terry Kent, 82, Mount Union, went to be with the Lord on October 18, 2020 at his home. Born November 20, 1937, Kistler, son of the late Clinton G. and Charlotte (Palm) Wennick. Terry was united in marriage to Gayle Pyne on May 1, 1959 at Mill Creek. Mrs. Wennick preceded him in death on December 4, 2008. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Shirley McKinley. Terry is survived by children, Teresa Hardy, Girard; Douglas Wennick and wife, Faith, Huntingdon; siblings, Robert Wennick, Chambersburg; Sandra Horne and husband, Donald, Mount Union; Nina Vaughn, Mount Union; and Rodney Wennick and wife, Diane, McVeytown; grandchildren, Stephanie Joslin and husband, Todd, Wexford; Melissa Hardy, Girard; Kelli Jo Hardy, Girard; Eric Wennick, Bellefonte; and Emily Wennick, State College. Terry was of the Protestant faith and member of the Mount Union First Baptist Church. He attended Captain Jack High School, graduating with the class of 1955. Terry worked at American Viscose Corp, Robin Footwear, Ford New Holland, where he retired after 26 years of service. He later worked at Weis following his retirement. Terry loved football and was a fan of the Eagles and Penn State. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with friends and family. At the request of Mr. Wennick all services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Huntingdon County Humane Society, 11371 School House Hollow Rd, Huntingdon, PA 16652. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E.
