Morgan, Susan Kay, 71, Mapleton Depot, passed away peacefully at her son’s home on December 15, 2021. Born June 16, 1950, Huntingdon, daughter of the late Earl and Anna Mary (Dell) Barclay and adopted by the late Marvin and Emma (Brumbaugh) Hamman. Survived by 3 children, 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and the following siblings, Andy Barclay, Beverly Wright, Dale Barclay, David Barclay, Donna Brady, Elmer “Bud” Hamman, Dorothy Koskinas, and Betty Kauffman. She is also survived by her loving companion, George Anderson. Preceded in death by 2 brothers, Robert Barclay, and Edwin Hamman. Susan was a 1968 graduate of Southern Huntingdon High School, and she married her high school sweetheart; Dale W. Morgan on June 20, 1969 and he preceded her in death on May 10, 2016. Susan retired from the Mt. Union School District as a paraeducator and previously worked at the Milton Hershey School. She was a member of the Trinity Evangelical Fellowship/ Valley View Church. The people who knew and loved Sue knew what kind of person she was. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, December 27, 2021, at 11 a.m. at the Trinity Evangelical Fellowship/ Valley View Church 19041 Trough Creek Valley Pike, Mapleton Depot, PA., Pastor Adam Morgan, officiant. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Union Library or to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK, 73123. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E.
