Steven Carl Boozel

Boozel, Steven Carl, 72, Kistler, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025, at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey. Born April 16, 1953, Lewistown, son of the late John and Olive (Gill) Boozel. Survived by his loving wife, Nancy Irene (Sunderland) Boozel. Also survived by children, Dale Sunderland, Anne Boozel, and Amanda Hammock; 9 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild; siblings, Joe Boozel and Laura Boozel. Preceded in death by children, Stevie Boozel and Nancy Boozel; and numerous brothers and sisters. Mr. Boozel loved being outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and hunting for mushrooms. Mr. Boozel was a social member of the Simpson Hunt American Legion Post 107 and the Mount Union Sons and Daughters of Italy Lodge #1257. Most of all he loved to spend time with family and friends. A celebration of life will be held later at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made directly to the Heath-Anderson Funeral Home.
