Noga, Stanley F. Sr. "Gig", 85 Cresson, died Nov. 19, 2016, at Maybrook Hills, Altoona. Born May 8, 1931, in Lilly, son of the late Michael and Sophia Noga. Survived by wife, Alice G.; children: Stanley Jr. (Debbie), Cresson; Joseph Vargo III (Barbara), Cresson; and Ann Shaffer (Timothy), El Paso, Texas; grandchildren: Jason Noga, Jared Noga, Ciara Shoff, Matt Shaffer, Mark Shaffer and Maura Shaffer; and great-granddaughter, Avery Shaffer. Brother of William, Lilly; and Anna Gosner, New Jersey. Retired as a track foreman with ConRail after 43 years of service. Member of St. Francis Xavier Parish, Cresson. Private services were held.
