Chilcote, Rodney L., 57, Mount Union, passed away unexpectedly August 30, 2019 at his home. Born May 13, 1962, Huntingdon, son of Johnnie B. and Nancy G. (Gearhart) Chilcote. Preceded in death by his first wife, Sandra (Chilcote) Miller. Survived by his parents; second wife, Lannie (Simard) Chilcote; children, Brenda Hunter, Houtzdale; Kira (Keith) Thompson, Petersburg; Cody (Kara) Chilcote, Mount Union; Nick (Krystal) Good, Germany; Christina (Vincent) Chilcote, Mount Union; Garret (Jesica) Chilcote, Mapleton Depot; Tricia Miller, Hollidaysburg; Erica Chilcote, Mount Union; and Chayton Simard, British Columbia, CN; 12 grandchildren; siblings, Steve Chilcote; Carol (John) Dannel, all of Mount Union; Barbara (Dennis) Bolinger, Mapleton Depot; Michael Chilcote, Mount Union; and Penny (Jim) Huntsman, Shirleysburg. Rodney was an avid coin and old bottle collector. He also enjoyed auctions, Harley’s and working on cars. At Rodney’s request, there will be no viewing or services. Private family inurnment at Germany Valley Cemetery.
