Salinas, Robin R. (Wiser), 57, Berlin, passed away Sunday October 10, 2021, at UPMC Altoona. Born February 18, 1964, daughter of the late James F. and Betty L. (Smith) Wiser. Preceded in death by siblings, Stephen “Smitty” Smith and Cheryl Kelly. Survived by children, Roxanna “Rocky” Ritchey and husband, Harry, Berlin; Natalio J. Mendoza, Three Springs; Chance J. Mendoza, Everett; and Francisco G. “Paco” Mendoza, Mount Union; 2 grandchildren, Elena, and Callie and one on the way, Emmitt; siblings, Karen Detwiler and James F. Wiser Jr.; aunt, Nancy Witters and cousins, Patty Riojas and April Grove. Robin loved having a good time with her family and friends while listening to some good old rock n’ roll music. Friends and family will be received on Friday October 15, 2021, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m., at the funeral home, Joseph Barrett, officiant.
