Robert H. Stoner, Sr.

Stoner, Sr., Robert H., 71, Mount Union, passed away October 17, 2019 at AristaCare at Woodland Park. Born September 9, 1948, Huntingdon, son of the late James C. and Lena (Hatch) Stoner, Sr. Preceded in death by his sister, Lena Mondo and brother, James Stoner, Jr. Survived by his daughter, Wendy Smith and son, Robert H. Stoner, Jr., both of Mount Union; 3 grandchildren, Kayla Smith, Robert Stoner III, and Kelsey Martin; and 3 nieces and 2 nephews. Robert served in the US Army. He enjoyed old westerns, listening to country music, and collecting old coins and paper. Friends will be received Monday, October 21, 2019 from 4-8 p.m. at Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E. Shirley St., Mount Union, “Honored Provider of Veterans Funeral Care™”, where military honors will be conducted at 3:45 p.m. provided by the VFW and American Legion Honor and Color Guard.
