Obituary

Walters, Richard Clair, 68, McClure, passed away Friday June 16, 2023, at Embassy of Woodland Park. Born February 5, 1955, Lewistown, son of the late Clair and Jean (Bousum) Walters. Survived by his daughter, Kimber Fisher; 2 grandchildren, Keegan and Haley Fisher; and long-time companion, Mary Goss. Preceded in death by his parents; sibling, Linda Herbert and an infant sister. Richard was a graduate of Chief Logan High School. He enjoyed hunting, trapping and fishing. Richard also enjoyed camping and spending time along the Juniata River. He was a fan of football, especially the Philadelphia Eagles. Most of all he loved to spend time with his grandchildren. At the request of the deceased there will be no services. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Perry-Juniata County Animal Rescue, 379 Sugar Run Road Millerstown, PA 17062. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E.
