Rebecca Ann “Becky” (Billmeyer) Gillam, 82, Neelyton, went to be with the Lord on January 20, 2026, at Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center, Camp Hill. Born November 29, 1943, in Winchester, Virgina, daughter of the late George and Eunice (Wilson) Billmeyer. In addition to her parents, Becky was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Billmeyer, her beloved husband, William (Bill), and her son Todd Gillam. Becky is survived by her sons, Mark Gillam his wife Andrea, and Brett Gillam; her two cherished grandsons, Nathaniel, Landon; sisters, Elizabeth Kemp, Patricia Davis; sister in-laws, Janet Gillam, Doris Gillam; brother in-law, Danny Gillam; and numerous nieces and nephews. Becky was a retired English school teacher from the Central Fulton School District. She devoted her life to caring for and educating others. She deeply loved spending time with her family and friends and found great joy in the moments she shared with them. She especially enjoyed watching Penn State basketball, attending her grandson’s soccer games and most of all, being present for their piano recitals which brought her immense pride and happiness. Becky was also a devoted companion to her two beloved cats, Sammy and Pete, who filled her days with comfort and joy. Known for her warmth and kindness, Becky was loved by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
