Lamberson, Preston Fred, 95, Mount Union, passed away on February 21, 2020 at AristaCare at Woodland Park. Born February 29, 1924, Mapleton Depot, son of the late Walter and Sarah (Parsons) Lamberson. Survived by his loving wife, Dorothy M. (Miller) Lamberson; children, William Lamberson, Janice K. Revercomb and husband, Mike, Michael Lamberson and husband, Will; step-children, Randall Roll and wife, Kristin, Cheryl Roll and husband, Fred Bunn, Christie Roll, Michael Roll and wife, Brenda; 12 grandchildren, Abraham Reeder and wife, Ashley, John Lamberson and wife, Sarah, Todd Reeder, Kathryn Rowe and husband, Dylan; step-grandchildren, Ed Roll, Amy Miller, Mike Biemesderfer, Matt Biemesderfer, Josh Biemesderfer, Natalie  Ryan and husband, Keith, Nichalas Roll and wife, Breanne and Zachary Roll; and 9 great-grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by brothers, Jesse, Virl, Irvin and Ken; sisters, Zella, Gladys, Mary and Emma. Preston was of the Methodist faith. He served in the U.S. Army, and was a member of the Mount Union Lions Club and Kiwanis Club. Preston was a former firefighter with Mount Union Fire Department. He served on the Mount Union Area School Board and was instrumental in the formation of the Mount Union Municipal Park. Preston was on the Wayne Township Board of Supervisors and was a Plumbing/Heating instructor at the Huntingdon County Career and Technology Center. Friends and family will be received on Tuesday February 25, 2020 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m., at the funeral home, Pastor David Ford, officiant. Interment at the Mount Union Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E.
