Stefanka, Michael W., 56, Cresson, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Altoona. Born November 27, 1968, Johnstown, son of the late William J. Stefanka. Michael is survived by his loving wife, Monica T. (Mullen) Stefanka. He is also survived by his mother, Andrea A. (Kondash) Vara; son, Andrew Stefanka; stepsons, Charles (Miranda) and Kevin Carothers; siblings, Michele (Chuck) Potter, Denise (Shawn) Kaputa, and William (Pamela) Stefanka; and his best friend, Craig and his mother, Betty. Michael worked as a manager for Advance Auto Parts for many years. In his spare time, Michael enjoyed being outdoors. He especially loved fishing, hunting, and target shooting. At Michael’s request, there will be no viewing. A celebration of his life will be held at the convenience of the family.
