Marcia K. Erwin, 78, Shirleysburg, passed away peacefully at home on February 26, 2026. Born December 13, 1947, daughter of the late James Monroe and Alrene M. (Park) Snair. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, W. Paul Erwin, stepson, Jeff Erwin, and siblings: Freeman Allen Snair, Sr., Fred Snair, Linda Gabert, Mary Fluke, and Sandra Braho. Mrs. Erwin is survived by son, Mark (Loretta) Erwin; stepsons, James (Hedi) Erwin, Warren (Sherry) Erwin; grandsons, Samuel Erwin, Jeff Erwin II, Alexander Stingl, Gage Erwin; granddaughters, Tracy Matthews, Tatjana Erwin, and Kallista Erwin. She was a devoted employee of Dallco Industries, where she worked faithfully as an opener for over 40 years. She took great pride in her job and valued the friendships she built along the way. Her strong work ethic and quiet dependability were qualities that defined her both professionally and personally. Above all else, she loved her family. They were her greatest joy and her proudest accomplishment. Whether gathered around the kitchen table, sharing stories, or simply enjoying one another’s company, she treasured every moment spent with those she loved. She also had a special place in her heart for her faithful companion, her beloved dog, Oreo. The bond they shared brought her comfort and happiness, and Oreo was never far from her side. Friends and family will be received Friday, March 6, 2026, from 4:00 – 8:00 at the Heath-Anderson Funeral Home and Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 10:00 – 11:00 with a service at 11:00, Rev.
