Obituary

Lisa M. Bowser, 63, of Mapleton, passed away at UPMC Presbyterian on July 28, 2026. Born October 20, 1962, in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Kriauckas) Gebler. She is survived by her husband Gary Bowser; children Zachary Bowser; Rachel (Jason) Kyler; Adam (Ariona) Bowser; grandchildren Olivia Bowser; Aiden Bowser; Rylan Bowser; Alexandra Mock, brothers, Mark (Debi) Gebler, Kirk (Mary Kay) Gebler, Jon (Molli) Gebler, Eric (Michelle) Gebler, and many nieces and nephews. Lisa spent her time working at Goodwill where she could be found assisting customers and sorting through arrivals of new donations. She enjoyed being creative and spent lots of time crafting and tending to her garden. She loved being outside bird watching and camping, especially in Assateague. Lisa was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed by her family, who she so dearly adored. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
