Costlow, Laura A., 81, Cresson, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2026 at home surrounded by her family. Born September 5, 1944, Lilly, daughter of the late John J. and Laura A. (Makin) Ruffing. Survived by her loving husband, Victor Costlow, Sr.; children, Victor Jr., Laurie, Joanna, Karen John, and Mary. A celebration of life will take place at the Cresson Presbyterian Church at a later date. Private inurnment will take place at Lillydale Cemetery, Lilly, at the convenience of the family.
