Laraea Nevaeh - Lynn Barney

Barney, Laraea Nevaeh – Lynn, Mount Union, gained her wings on April 24, 2025, at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA. Born April 1, 2025, daughter of Brentlee Barney and Haley O’Banion. Survived by her parents; brother, Legend Barney; grandparents, Tera O’Banion, Donna Barney, and Alvin Barney; along with many uncles, aunts and cousins; and her pet dog, Meadow. Preceded in death by her grandfather, Rick O’Banion. Laraea was adored over her beautiful blue eyes and curly dark hair. She loved listening to her brother sing and talk to her. Laraea was described as a courageous warrior through her many medical battles. A visitation will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m., at the funeral home, Adam Shawver, officiant. Memorial contributions may be made in Laraea’s honor to the Adalyn Rose Foundation, 2744 Century Blvd., Wyomissing, PA 19610.
