Kenneth R. Eger

Eger, Kenneth R., 66, Cresson, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Maple Heights Health and Rehab Center. Born on May 30, 1958, son of the late James and Laverne (Link) Eger. Preceded in death by siblings, James Eger, Janet Lee, Lucy Eger, Ruth Eger, Bill Eger, Patty Eger, Barbara Eger, and Thomas Eger. Survived by his loving wife Theresa (Kinney) Eger; a son, Scott (Melissa) Eger; grandchildren, Aubrey and Olivia Eger; and siblings, David Eger of Cresson, Dorothy Glenn of Lilly, Waneda Eger of Windber, and Gerard “Jake” Eger of Gallitzin. Kenneth retired from Jennmar where he worked for over 40 years in shipping and receiving. He was a member of the Blair County Antique Auto Club. He was passionate about cars, trucks and motorcycles. He also loved spending time with his granddaughters, his dog, Sami, and his cat, Harley. Friends and family will be received Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 4-8 p.m. with a service time at 7:30 p.m., Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cresson, Fr. Brian Warchola officiating.
