Judy L. Carbaugh

Carbaugh, Judy L. (Rhodes), 84, Mount Union, passed away January 25, 2022, at Embassy at Huntingdon Park, Huntingdon. Born January 12, 1938, Huntingdon, daughter of the late H. Frank and Thelma (Sunderland) Rhodes. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Leroy R. Carbaugh; siblings Reverend Charlie Rhodes, Lottie Runk, Edward Rhodes, Harry Rhodes, Blair Rhodes, Erma Moore, Donald Rhodes, and Geraldine Wise. Survived by son, Leroy F. and wife Tina; granddaughter Nelisha Smith and husband Seth; 2 great granddaughters, Adalynn & Isabella; and several nieces and nephews. Judy was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed camping. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be made in Haven Rest Memorial Park Cemetery, Shirleysburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wayne United Methodist Church, 46 Miller Quary Rd, Mcveytown, PA. 17051.
