Jerry Grant Bumgardner

Bumgardner, Jerry Grant, 71, Lewistown, passed away Thursday September 8, 2022, at Geisinger Lewistown. Born October 11, 1950, son of the late Melvin Rance Bumgardner Sr. and Mary Lou (Tate) Bornman. Survived by his loving wife, Linda K. (Harpster) Bumgardner; daughter, Christy Billett and husband, Greg; stepchildren, Thomas Wilson and wife, Crystal; Marla Gahagen; Eric Wilson and wife, Taryn; 25 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; brother, Robert Bumgardner Sr. and wife, Debra; and stepsisters, Carol Ann Kiner, and Theresa Lemin; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brother, Melvin Rance Bumgardner Jr. and nephew, Eric Grant Bumgardner. Jerry was a master carpenter by trade and worked for Luckadoo Builders and Bumgardner Builders. Most recently he drove for CARS of Mifflin County. Jerry enjoyed hunting, fishing and shooting pool. He was a fan of the Baltimore Ravens. He will be remembered for his wit and sense of humor. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family and friends. A celebration of life will be held on Monday September 19, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Hungry Run Distillery, 10 Ridens Road Lewistown, PA 17044, Rev. Crystal Isenberg, officiant.
