Jayne Frances Booher

Booher, Jayne Frances (Wagner), 92, Huntingdon, passed away July 19, 2022, at Embassy Park Huntingdon. Born March 6, 1930, Mill Creek, daughter of the late Charlotte Elizabeth (Bousum) and Jacob Kinney Wagner. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Myrtus Sylvester Booher, whom she married on September 1, 1946, in Mapleton Depot; granddaughter, Brandy Sue Booher; sisters, Ruth Sims, Betty Showalter and Maxine Foust. Survived by children, Gloria Severino, Montoursville; Marlin Booher, Three Springs; Randy Booher, Huntingdon; and Daryl J. Booher, Mapleton Depot; 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Jayne received her cosmetology license and operated a shop out of her home. She was later employed by Elco Corporation. Jayne loved to knit and crochet and made many afghans that she gifted to special people in her life. She loved spending time with her family. A graveside service will be held on Friday July 22, 2022, at 10 a.m. at the Mountain View Cemetery, Mill Creek, Joseph Barrett, officiant.
