Jared Jack McCartney

McCartney, Jared Jack, 21, Shirleysburg, went to be with the Lord Friday August 26, 2022. Born October 13, 2000, Huntingdon, son of Jack D. McCartney Jr. and Lee-Ann Tustin. Survived by his parents; paternal grandparents, Jack D. McCartney Sr. and Daphne McCartney; siblings, Josh McCartney and partner, Katelynn Feather; Jack McCartney III; Kristina Gallaher and husband, Ervin; and Justin McCartney; nieces and nephews, Aubrianna, Madalyn, Baileigh, Jax, Averick, Xander, Jeffry, Clover, Jamie and Benjimin; aunts, Stacy McCartney, Lorie Eberly and husband, Brian; and Dawn Pohubka; uncles, Steve McCartney and Bill Tustin; and many other loving cousins and relatives. Preceded in death by his great grandparents and maternal grandmother, Anna Tustin. Jared graduated from Mount Union Area High School. He was employed with Rock Hammer HDD and loved to work side by side with his dad.  Jared enjoyed riding dirt bikes. He was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Jared liked gaming and playing his XBOX.  Most of all Jared loved to spend time with his family and friends. Friends and family will be received on Saturday September 3, 2022, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m., at the funeral home, Dorothy J. Hararas, officiant.
