Janet Marie Yacobucci

Yacobucci, Janet Marie (Miller), 103, resident of the Celebration Villa of Altoona, Duncansville, formerly of Cresson, went home to be with the Lord March 7, 2023. Born January 26, 1920, Altoona, daughter of the late Edward A. and Mardie A. (Wagner) Miller. Preceded in death by her sister, Helen Bruder. Survived by her daughters, Patricia A. Yoder and husband Larry of Elizabethtown, NC; Frances L. McMahon and husband W. Daniel of Loretto; 9 grandchildren: Matthew (Erin) Yoder, Laura Yoder, Michelle Hatton, Nicole (Chase) Rose, Ryan (Mindy) McMahon, Katie (Matthew) Statler, Danny McMahon, Kelly (Samuel) Mignogna and William (Jennifer) McMahon; 16 great-grandchildren: Kaylee, Saphira, Alexander, Kelsey, Sarah, Elizabeth, Luke, Ragnar, Owen, Liam, Erin, Quinn, Patrick, Stella, Maeve and William David; and a special friend, Rita McMahon. Janet was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church. She retired from the state as an administrative assistant and was the past treasurer for the Cresson Women’s Club. She enjoyed playing Pinochle and Bridge. She loved classical music and studied the piano. Janet was well read, always keeping up with current event. She cherished her Sunday family and holiday dinners, and visiting in North Carolina. Most importantly, she loved spending time and being with her family. Friends and family will be received Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services. A funeral Mass will be celebrated immediately following the viewing at 1 p.m., St. Francis Xavier Church, Rev. Leo Arnone Celebrant.
