White Sr., James Earl “Jim”, 72, Mount Union, passed away November 3, 2022. Born March 1, 1950, son of the late Gerald J. and Anna Marie (White) Dunmire. Survived by his loving wife, LuAnn A. (Snyder) White; children, Michele Reihart and husband, Scott; Rachele Dawn Rountree and husband, Michael; James Earl “Jimmy” White Jr. and companion, Erin; and Jamie White Kline and husband, Matthew; 9 grandchildren, Ashley, Kisha, Hunter, Mason James, Matthew, Tre, Cali Mae, Chase and Bristol; 3 great grandchildren, Bradyn, Ryleigh and Baylee; siblings, Gerald White and wife, Ann; Lonya Semple and husband, Kenneth; and Cynthia Gahagan and husband, Thomas; also survived by his previous wife, Cathy (Willoughby) Fisher. Preceded in death by stepfather, Cecil Dunmire; granddaughter, Mia Grace Rountree and nephew, Kenneth Semple Jr. Jim was of the Methodist Faith. He graduated from Mount Union Area High School Class of 1969. Jim previously worked at the US Silica Sand Plant and Miller Auto Parts. He was the owner and operator of Mount Union Tire and Auto for 20 plus years. Jim retired from Letterkenny Army Depot as a mechanic. Jim loved all things racing. He was a racecar driver himself and would most recently love being the mechanic for his son Jimmy’s sprint car team. Jim also enjoyed woodworking and making toyboxes and cabinets for his grandchildren. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family, friends and his dogs Angel and Luna. Family and friends will be received on Monday November 7, 2022, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and again on Tuesday November 8, 2022, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m., at the funeral home, Pastor Randy Traxler and Joseph Barrett, co-officiants. Interment to follow at Haven Rest Memorial Park. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E.
