Stone, Ina L. (Whitsel), 85, Orbisonia, passed away Thursday October 5, 2023, at Embassy at Woodland Park. Born January 1, 1938, Mill Creek, daughter of the late Alexander and Anna Mae (Hall) Whitsel. Preceded in death by her husbands, Aubrey Querry and Kenneth R. Stone. Also preceding in death are brothers, Donald and Melvin Whitsel; and a step grandchild, Scott Stone. Survived by her daughters, Kimberly Eastman and husband Jerry, Mill Creek; and Kathy Kifer, McConnellstown; stepson, William Stone and wife Debbie, Townsend DE; 4 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 8 step great grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Whitsel and wife Nancy, Cresson. Mrs. Stone was a member of the Mill Creek United Methodist Church since 1950. She was a graduate of Huntingdon Area High School. Mrs. Stone was employed by John R. Wald Company for over 25 years as a purchasing agent. She retired from FMC Corporation in Delaware in 2001. Mrs. Stone enjoyed traveling and loved to visit the beach. She had a sweet tooth which was a running joke among the family. A private inurnment will take place at Mountain View Cemetery, Mill Creek. A Celebration of life will be held on November 11, 2023, at 11 a.m. at the Mill Creek United Methodist Church, RR 655, Mill Creek, PA 17060. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E.
