Ciesielka, Helen A., 89, Siemons, The Heritage, Somerset, formerly of South Fork, died June 17, 2015, at Siemons. Born Sept. 26, 1925, in Portage, daughter of the late Martin and Virginia (Yagella) Ciesielka. Preceded in death by sister, Mary Krezones, and brothers, Joseph, Walter, Albert and Jerry. Survived by daughter, Georgette Cordek (Tobias), Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Jessica Evankovich and Joshua Cordek; sister, Mildred Folckemer, Reading; and several nieces and nephews. Private family viewing. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Cresson, Msgr. Bernard Przybocki. Committal, church cemetery. www.cmkennedyfh.com
