Harriet R. Dunmyer

Dunmyer, Harriet R., 79, Cresson, died Feb. 2, 2015, at UPMC-Altoona. Born Nov. 14, 1935, in Cresson, daughter of the late Cyrilius and Ethel (Craine) Eger. Preceded in death by husband, Raymond F. Dunmyer on April 29, 2011; grandchildren, Joseph, Ricky and Theresa; brothers, Chester, William and Paul; and sisters, Eleanor, Helen and Virginia. Survived by sons: Ricky Paul (Karen), Terry (Arlene), and Ron (Dawn), all of Cresson; grandsons: Brad, Chris and Brian; great-grandson, Gavin; and sister, Rose Servello, Altoona. Had been employed as a waitress at Cresson Ridge Restaurant and also at Altoona Shoe Factory. Member of St. Aloysius Parish, Cresson. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Charles M. Kennedy Funeral Home, Cresson, where Legion of Mary will recite the rosary at 3 p.m. followed by vigil for the deceased. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Aloysius Church, Very Rev. Father John D. Byrnes.. Committal, church cemetery.
