Georgia Ann Miller, 60, Pottsville, formerly of Mount Union, was called home by the Lord on April 13, 2026, at Saint Luke's Hospital in Orwigsburg, PA. Georgia Ann was born on May 27, 1965, in Huntingdon, PA, daughter of the late George F. and Mary L. (Martin) Miller. She is survived by her children, India Miller, Canei Miller, Drai Miller and Jade Miller; grandchildren, Marquise Ballard, Janai Miller, Jermaine Miller, Dallas Ballard, Jaivonn Miller, Jumorris Miller, Carmelo Miller, Cherish Ballard, Londyn Miller, Alaya Miller and Kamal Miller; sisters, Anita Helton-Green (Bruce), Darlene Rogers (Andrew Sr), and Yvonne Miller; Aunt Dorothy Winfree and Aunt Cora Owens, and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins. Georgyann, Asia, as she liked to call herself at times, graduated from State College Area High School in the Class of '83. She went on to attend the University of District of Columbia (UDC) and studied Business. She also attended Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) and studied Accounting. In addition, she held a bartender's license at one point. She had numerous jobs including selling insurance for Primerica, working at Rockview State Prison, Balfourd's Cleaners and the Weis Market. She then went on to drive tractor trailers for Wegman's and retired from them with over 20 years of service. She was a hard worker and one might say "A Jack of All Trades". Georgia Ann was not afraid to go after her dreams and to do so she resided in Washington, DC, Harrisburg, State College and finally home, Pottsville. Georgia Ann was a beautiful soul who was dedicated to loving and supporting her family and friends. Her grandchildren meant the world to her. She never missed a beat when it came to sending loved ones and friends’ cards for birthdays and holidays--she always remembered! She loved to travel and had a true passion for cooking. Georgia Ann possessed a carefree spirit and a deep love for rap music. She was a quiet spirit with a smile that lit up a room. Her heart was big and she loved large. Friends and family will be received Saturday, April 25, 2026, for 10:00 – 11:30 with a service at 11:30. Pastor Sylvia Morris, Pastor Daivion Hall, officiating.
