Hocker, Felicity Dawn, 21, Dalmatia, passed away March 1, 2021. Born June 16, 1999, Jacksonville, FL, daughter of Jeremy R. and Elizabeth E.A. (Rose) Hocker. Survived by her parents, Altoona; infant son, Conlan; siblings, Keri Rose, Jacksonville, FL; Alice Rose, Fort Pierce, FL; Harley Hartley, Jacksonville, FL; James and Katlyn Bryant, both of Huntsville, AR; grandparents; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and a soon-to-be niece. Felicity went back to school trying to obtain her GED to make a better life for herself and son. She enjoyed drawing, crafting, singing, reading, making jewelry and loved adventure. At the family’s request, there will be a private celebration of life. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to help the family defray funeral costs.
