Duane W. Eberhart

Eberhart, Duane W., 75, Lilly, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johntown. Born July 13, 1948, Cresson, son of the late Donald F. and Shirley M. (Wise) Eberhart. Preceded in death by his son, Jeff Eberhart. Survived by his loving wife, Beth A. (Moore) Eberhart; daughter, Erin Eberhart; grandchildren, Alex, Sidney, Cole, Andie and Nick; brother, Darryl Eberhart; and numerous cousins. Duane was an Air Force and Air National Guard veteran. He worked as a psychologist for the Altoona Center. Duane was a life member of the Cresson American Legion Post #238 and the Sankertown VFW Post #7377. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan. Most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Family and friends will be received Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 2 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m., Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 233 Keystone Ave., Cresson, Pastor Stephen Moore officiant. Military honors will be provided by the Cresson American Legion, Sankertown VFW and other local military organizations.
