Sloan, Dorothy Jean, 90, Lilly, passed away unexpectedly September 20, 2022 at her home. Born April 30, 1932, Lilly, daughter of John T. and Dorothy P. (Diehl) Sloan. Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Merle E. Sloan. She was the last survivor of her immediate family. Dorothy is survived by her numerous cousins and her beloved cat, Beauty. She worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad as an executive secretary. After her retirement, she cared for her mother and brother until their passing. Dorothy was a member of the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, Portage. Friends and family will be received Sunday, October 23, 2022 from 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m., Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 233 Keystone Ave., Cresson, Pastor Cal Wiedemann officiant. Private burial was held at Prospect Cemetery, Portage.
