Beeler, Donna Louise (Ernest), 81, Mount Union, passed away Monday May 24, 2021 at Westminster Woods, Huntingdon. Born August 14, 1939 daughter of the late Norman C. and Flora G. (DeMario) Ernest. Survived by children, Susan Beeler, McConnelsburg; Gregory Beeler, McVeytown; Michael Beeler, Raleigh NC; Steven Beeler, Lancaster; and Aimee Beeler, Mapleton Depot; 11 grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Brian, Kadeja, Alesha, Gregory, Michael, Matthew, Danielle, Coletta and Gatlin; and 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Ernest. Preceded in death by brothers, Ronald and Arthur Ernest; great-grandchild, Max Laumann. Donna was of the Methodist faith. She was a 1957 graduate of Captain Jack High School. Donna was Huntingdon County Fire Queen in 1955. She was a member of the Loyal Order of the Eastern Star and the Mount Union Wrestling Club. Donna loved vacationing to different beaches and taking cruises. She was most happy when spending time with her friends and family—especially her grandchildren. Donna will be remembered for enjoying the simple pleasures in life. Friends and family will be received on Friday May 28, 2021 at the funeral home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. as well as from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday May 29, 2021 with a service to follow at 12 noon, Pastor Joe Fleck and Taylor Johnston, co-officiants.
