Dixie Lee Henry

Henry, Dixie Lee, 83, Mount Union, passed away March 11, 2022, at Penn Highlands Huntingdon.  Born October 27, 1938, Mount Union, daughter of the late George C. and Eunice (Burdge) Miller. Dixie married W. Jay Henry on December 28, 1957, who preceded her in death. Dixie was also preceded in death by her son, Robert J. Henry and by her sister, Marlene Fisher.   She is survived by 2 brothers, Robert C. and Frank B. Miller both of the Mount Union Area.  Dixie worked for several years in both Huntingdon and Lewistown hospitals as a nurse aide and retired after working 14 years at Woodland Retirement Center Orbisonia. Interment was made in Nebo Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 61 E. Shirley St., Mount Union.
