Fulton, Debra Ann, 66, Cresson, passed away December 31, 2019 at UPMC Altoona. Born February 21, 1953, Sewickly, daughter of John F. Fulton and the late Dorothy L. (Plunkett) Fulton. Survived by her siblings, Beth Itle and husband, Matt; Chris Lybarger and husband, Jim; Karen Swain and husband, Dave; and Kim McCloskey and husband, Ray; nieces and nephews, Shannon Itle (Lea); Jody Conrad (Adam); David Lybarger; Nickole Bender (Jason); Brian Lybarger (Joanne); great-nieces and great-nephews, Molly, Ava and Emily Itle, Jacob, Ella and Claire Conrad, Eli Bender, and Tristan Lybarger.
