Shehan, Darlene J. (Werner), 74, Mill Creek, passed away Thursday November 23, 2023, at Embassy at Huntingdon Park. Born September 25, 1949, Huntingdon, daughter of the late Harry T. and Dora B. (Ardrey) Fetzer. Survived by her loving husband, Dennis L. Shehan; children, Tammy Rummings and fiancé, Dan Aumiller; Daniel Shehan and wife, Kayla; and Alan Shehan and wife, Roberta; 9 grandchildren, Corey, Sabrina, Chloe, Cole, Keara, Austin, Ethan, Stephanie and Dan; 4 great grandchildren, Kaymen, Kennadee, Brooklyn and Atreus; and a sister, Sandra Vaughn and husband, Jim. Darlene was a 1970 graduate of Mount Union Area High School. She was a member of the Captain Jack Lions Club in Mill Creek and the Mapleton American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Darlene loved playing BINGO, camping, and spending time with her family—especially her grandchildren. Family and friends will be received on Thursday November 30, 2023, from 5 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment to be at Mattawana Cemetery, McVeytown.
