Darlene K. Jenkins

Jenkins, Darlene K., 82, Mount Union, passed away Monday May 26, 2025, at Penn Highlands DuBois. Born April 12, 1943, Huntingdon, daughter of the late Daniel and Mary (Hughes) Wilson. Preceded in death by her husband, John L. Jenkins. Also preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Bookheimer. Survived by children, Judy Huffnagle and husband, Art; Diana Stoner and husband, Lynn; Jay Whistler II and wife, Cathy; Daniel Whistler and wife, Annette; and stepsons, John Jenkins Jr. and wife, Jenny; and Bruce Jenkins; and numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Darlene was a past member of the Blue Juniata Post 5754 in Mount Union. She enjoyed her dogs and gardening. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
