Survived by children: Alison Williams (Chuck), > Millsboro, Del.; Christopher (Lisa), Cresson; Kathy Wilk, > Florida;Timothy, Hollidaysburg; and Laura Slebodnick (Eugene), > Ebensburg; 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Graduate of > Cresson High School, Class of 1945; Bright's Horticultural School, > Chicago, Illinois; Spartan School of Aeronautics, Spartan, Alabama; > and Meteorological School in Oklahoma. World War II Army Air Corps > veteran, serving with the military police in the European Theatre > operations. Owner of Chuck Wilk's Flower Shop and Greenhouse in > Cresson for 55 years. Chuck was a licensed pilot and avid golfer, > bowler and hunter. Was last employed at Scotch Valley Country Club > as a gardener and member of grounds crew. Member of St. Aloysius > Parish, and American Legion, Post 238, both of Cresson; and > Sankertown V.F.W., Post 7377. Past member of Summit Country Club and > Sylvan Hills Golf Course. Past president of Gallitzin Lions Club. > His greatest joy was being with his family. Friends received from 2 > to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Charles M.
