Shank, Sr., Charles M., 71, Three Springs, passed away September 6, 2019 at AristaCare at Huntingdon Park. Born February 16, 1948, Mount Union, son of the late Norman L. and Dorothy (Brotemarkle) Shank. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Shirley J. (Kester); daughter, Noell Shank; and brother, Norman A. Shank. Survived by son, Charles Jr. and wife, Sherry, Lewistown; granddaughter, Sonja Ciccolini and husband, Joseph, McClure; great-grandsons, Jaxon and John Ciccolini; siblings, Carol Starr and husband, William, McConnellstown; Fern Shank and wife, Pamela, MO; and Joyce McNerlin and husband, James, Mapleton Depot; and numerous nieces and nephews. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
