Olkowski, Charles Stanley, 82, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024, surrounded by his family. Born July 24, 1941, Wilmington, DE, son of the late Frank and Stella (Mioduszewski) Olkowski. Survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Charlotte Olkowski; son, Kenneth Lee Reed and wife, Kathy, Middletown, DE; daughter, Debra Ann Russo and husband, Ronald, Hockessin, DE; 3 grandchildren, Christina “Tina” Norris; Lisa Emerson; William “Billy” Norris; 7 great grandchildren, Michael, Charlotte, Alyson, Gianna, Gabriella, Ashley, Matthew; sister, Jeanette Trimble, and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brothers, Frank, Alfred, Theodore, Tom, and Edward Olkowski; sisters, Rose Miller, Helen Saroukos, and grandson, Scott Doyle. Charles attended school in Newark DE, he then went on to work for the state of Delaware’s Department of Motor Vehicles.
