Miller, Charles A., 68, Cresson, passed away on May 29, 2025, at Midtown Oaks Health and Rehab Center in Altoona. Born August 4, 1956, Altoona, son of the late Alvin C. and Carolyn C. (Ligas) Miller. Preceded in death by his brother, Richard Miller and sister, Carol McCarty. Charles is survived by his brothers, Philip Miller of Cresson and Allan Miller of South Carolina; sister, Allisa Hoover of South Carolina; and numerous nieces and nephews. Charles enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time. At Charles’s request, there will be no viewing or services.
