Brenda K. (Cornelius) Clugston

Clugston, Brenda K. (Cornelius), 77, Huntingdon, passed away Sunday April 27, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. Born April 12, 1948, Huntingdon daughter of the late Harvey and Tola (Cohenour) Cornelius. Survived by children, Norma J. Clugston, Huntingdon; Tracy A. (Clugston) Daugherty, Huntingdon; Norman D. Clugston and wife, Joni Huntingdon; 3 grandchildren, Chelsea P. (Gladfelter) Richner and spouse Darren, Huntingdon; Desiree Sorensen, Huntingdon; Cody A. Bertres, Butler, PA; 3 great grandchildren, Allister, Ariella, and Avalon; brother, James (Jim) D. Cornelius. Preceded in death by son, David L. Cornelius; grandson, Jordan T. Gantt; siblings, Blair (Herb) A. Cornelius, Robert I. Cornelius, Jean A. Boyer, Helen Cornelius, and Vivian Shank. Brenda attended Mount Union Area High School (formerly Captain Jack) and went on to be employed and retire from AGY (formerly Owens Corning Fiberglass) after 33 years of employment. She was an Auxiliary member of the Huntingdon VFW as well as Huntingdon American Legion Post 024, and a member of the Huntingdon Moose Lodge. Brenda enjoyed outdoor work, sewing, watching television and spending time with family and friends. She will be remembered as being a very loving and caring person. Any memorial contributions may be made directly to the funeral home to assist with payment for services. Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
