States, Beverly A., 72, Mount Union, passed away October 2, 2023, at her residence.  Born June 7, 1951, Huntingdon, daughter of the late, Lorraine and Edna V. (Claycomb) Wasson.  Preceded in death by her loving husband, John D. States Sr., son, Robert E. Wasson, and sister, Laura Copenhaver.  Survived by daughter, Kathy A. Flannery, Mount Union; sons, Billy J. States, Mount Union; John D. States Jr. New Jersey; brother, Leroy Wasson wife Sue, Mount Union; 4 grandchildren, Robert E. Wasson Jr., Levi States, Anna M. Flannery, and Brandon M. Flannery, 3 great grandchildren, Bobby, Max, and Jameson. Beverly loved her cat Precious, gardening, and spending time with her family. Family and friends will be received on Friday October 6, 2023, from 10a.m. until the 12p.m. time of service at the funeral home with Pastor Rich Hamman, Officiant.  Interment will follow in Haven Rest Memorial Park.
