Gillam, Barry L. Sr., 84, Mapleton Depot, passed away July 17, 2022, at home. Born May 25, 1938, Allenport, son of the late William G. and Nellie V. (Baer) Gillam. Survived by his loving wife, Doris R. (Kauffman) Gillam; son, Barry L. Gillam Jr. and wife, Cindy; 4 grandchildren, Keith Gillam and wife, Sharon; Bryan Gillam and fiancé, Emily; Erin Hayes and husband, Gregg; and Nicole Eaton; 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Daniel Gillam and Janet Gillam; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by daughter, Sherry Dawn Eaton and brother, Bill Gillam. Barry was employed by Owens Corning Fiberglass. He was a member of the F&AM Lodge #688 in Mount Union. Barry enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Friends and family will be received on Wednesday July 20, 2022, from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 noon at the funeral home, Pastor Ed Seeley, officiant.
