Glunt, Audrey Jean, 89, Orbisonia, passed away July 19, 2019 at her home. Born January 25, 1930, Rockhill Furnance, daughter of the late Earl and Alberta (Starr) Painter. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Jonathan Glunt; sisters, Cleo Snyder, Christine McConaughey, Joan Painter and Donna Waite; brothers, Jack & Donald Painter, and two infant brothers who died in infancy. Survived by her brother, Alvin Painter, Cromwell Twp.; and many loving nieces and nephews. Audrey was a member of the Orbisonia Church of the Nazarene. She was a 1948 graduate of Orbisonia High School. Audrey worked as a seamstress at L. Grief Brothers Manufacturing. She along with her husband financed the building of two churches in Cuba and one in the Dominican Republic. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, needlepointing, quilting and word puzzles. She was also very interested in her family history and always had stories to share with her family and friends who enjoyed spending time with her. Friends and family will be received Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m., Heath-Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Rev. Darrell Nicklow, officiant. Interment Rockhill IOOF Cemetery.
