Antonio James “TJ” Tripodi, Jr., firstborn son of Antonio James “Tony” Tripodi and the late Rosemary Tripodi, died on September 6, 2026. He was 52 years old. TJ was born on February 28, 1974, in Altoona, Pennsylvania. He attended St. Francis Elementary School in Cresson, Pennsylvania and Bishop Carroll High School in Pennsylvania before completing his secondary education at Corona del Sol High School in Tempe, Arizona. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy. Following his military service, TJ made his home in Phoenix, Arizona, where he lived for the remainder of his life. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosemary Tripodi. He is survived by his father, Antonio (Tony) Tripodi, and by his brothers, Justin Tripodi (nieces Chloe and Ava Tripodi Texas), and Carmen Tripodi (Sister-in-law Elizabeth, and nephews Ethan, Aiden and Noah Tripodi Arizona). A son, a brother, and a veteran, TJ will be remembered by his family for the life he lived and the place he held as the firstborn of the Tripodi brothers. Friends will be received from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cresson. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Cresson, Rev. Leo Arnone celebrant.
